Mehraj Hamid started his career in the Human Resource Department of British American Tobacco in the year 2000 as HR-Intern. Having served for around 6 years in different other renowned Multi-National Companies, i.e., Novartis (Bangladesh) Limited, Heidelbergcement Bangladesh Limited in different HR roles, he again joined in British American Tobacco Bangladesh as HR Manager and successfully executed many important HR strategic issues, such as; formulating and restructuring IR (Industrial Relations) issues, conducting different leadership trainings, conducting HR surveys, incorporated many corporate HR strategies and many more.

By 2008, He was made the Organization Development Manager for Rahimafrooz Group, which is one of the largest conglomerate private companies in country. During this time, he formulated and implemented a lots of HR strategies, i.e., MT program, Succession Plan concept, IDP process etc, Orientation process for new joiners, formulated different IR issues etc.

At the moment he is the Head of Human Resource of Partex Group (Complex-1).

Mehraj Hamid brings with him a rare blend of insights and experiences on Human Resources from different corporate. His uniqueness is also demonstrated by his work experiences in both Multinational and Bangladeshi companies.

Mehraj Hamid did his MBA and BBA both are majored in Human Resources, also done his schooling & college from B.A.F. Shaheen, Tejgaon. He has attended many training programs both at home and abroad. Also, he is visiting faculty of State University of Bangladesh (SUB) and University of Development Alternative (UODA) and guest speaker for IBA, Dhaka University.
