The Executive General Manager will plan, direct and coordinate the operations of the ARA. Duties and responsibilities include formulating policies, managing daily operations, and planning the use of materials and human resources, and other tasks assigned by the ARA Board of Directors. This officer’s responsibilities are too diverse and general in nature to be classified in any one functional area of management or administration, such as personnel, purchasing, or administrative services. The Executive General Manager attracts members by developing and implementing new initiatives and opportunities, managing community relations programs, evaluating program results, and identifying and tracking changing business demands. He/She will be required to accomplish company goals by accepting ownership for a continually evolving business environment and exploring opportunities to add value to the ARA’s business model. This officer will be accountable for maintaining a high level of service and quality in the field.

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor Degree in Hotel/ Hospitality Management, Marketing/ Management or Finance is preferred. Masters degree in related fields is a plus.

On the Job Experience:

Minimum 10 - 15 years. 3-4 years in Managerial position achieving continual growth in responsibility.
Experience in restaurant management, food and beverage management facilities maintenance and small business management desired.
Experience with customer service, public relations and special events promotion and management will be highly desired.
Experience with any U.S. establishment will be an added advantage.

USD 48,000 – 55, 000 per annum
