Training Objective
Human Resource Management (HRM) has never been as significant as it is today. Companies want to attract, retain and motivate brains to meet objectives. Today Humans are regarded as one of every company’s assets so they need to be efficiently and effectively recruited, compensated and praised or in other word ‘managed’.

This two day training will discuss three major aspects of effective HRM:
1.The Recruitment & Selection Process: An organization may have all of the latest technology and the best physical resources, but if it does not have the right people it will struggle to achieve the results it requires. This is true across the whole spectrum of business activity. The main aim of recruitment and selection is to aid the decision making of the upper management to fill a gap; it helps them find the right candidate with the right qualifications and skills to be able to do the job not taking in to consideration their race, age, gender, color or nationality.

2.Compensation & Benefit Management: After recruiting the right person for your organization, one of the tools companies use to attract, retain and motivate them is Compensation Management. Compensation often impacts an employee’s motivation and job satisfaction, although it is not the only factor. Compensation can include monetary and non-monetary components. Compensation often includes an employee’s base salary and additional benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plans and performance bonuses.

3.Performance Appraisal: Performance appraisal program is important to employees’ professional development to meet the organizational goals or objectives. The primary reason of PA is to monitor employees’ performance, motivate staff and improve company morale. When employees are aware that the company is mindful of their performance and that they could be rewarded with merit increases and promotions, they are motivated to work harder.
