  A I Moqbul Ahmad started his career way back in 1984 with Family Planning Social Marketing Project (an USAID project). Starting a successful and long career in Sales, he gained a rich experience in sales between 1984 to 1996, while he opened with ICI Bangladesh Manufacturers Ltd. Between 1990 and 1996 he was managing a sales team as Territory Manager for pharmaceutical products of a big conglomerate. Mr. Moqbul then moved into a field that to date he holds dear to his heart. Before he joined the present position he served in an NGO as General Manager (Training & Research)in 2007. In mid 1996 he joined training department in ACI Limited as Training Manager (Corporate) and developed some effective training modules and courses for Pharmaceuticals, Consumer Brands, Agrochemicals, Trading, Animal Health and Seeds that really helped that company to capacity building of its people in all the businesses. He also served Opsonin Pharma Ltd. for five years. Mr Moqbul is also a Training Module Development Specialist for Directorate General Health Services, Govt. of Bangladesh. A I Moqbul Ahmad is a professional trainer for almost fifteen years with practical training experience in the field of pharmaceuticals, consumer/household products (FMCG), agrochemicals, animal health, seeds, medical equipment, Development organizations and financial sectors. He has conducted training for more than 8000 participants so far. Heconducts highly interactive training/coaching sessions in various locations of your choice. His long successful career in sales, marketing and training in multinational and national big organizations has made him appropriate and confident to conduct professional training courses showing practical and real-life examples. Presently he is the Chief Executive of AimPlus Foundation and AimPlus Consultants.
