Training Objective

HR Audit can be used as a preventative strategy to identify areas of weakness within the HR function, to highlight and prioritize areas that need to be improved.
The HR Audit Workshop will provide you with the skills to demonstrate the return on investment I the HR function. It will also enable the participants to protect their organization by ensuring the legal compliance and ethical best practices in order to maintain competitive advantage, or identification of improvement opportunities.

  Javed Ahmed : 14 Years of skilled HR professional, has varied experience of both industry and academia while having worked as consultant, facilitators and a teacher at various levels. Javed, a certified trainer, holds Master of Business Administration (MBA), and has also completed two professional Post Graduate Diploma from Bangladesh Institute of Management (BIM) i.e Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management (PGDPM) in 2009 and Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Management (PGDFM) in 2000.
