Good business writing skills are vital for success both in the academic and the professional fields. Unfortunately, we hear complaints from managers and employers that ‘poor writing skills’ are affecting their departments and companies.
Poor writing skills make it difficult to understand the meaning that a writer is trying to convey. Poor writing not only creates confusion and leaves a poor impression on the company, it even exposes a company to legal issues should the writing be ambiguous and inappropriate.
However, there’s always a solution in every problem. Employees can take business communication courses to improve their skills.
There is a great need for business writing courses in our country. Poor spelling and grammar, lack of punctuation, and poor word choices make it difficult to read and understand documents. When these documents are used to make business decisions, the problem of poor business writing is made even worse. Many people need business writing courses in order to improve their understanding of grammar, learn how to write business and technical documents in the correct format, and organize their thoughts in a much more logical manner.

Day 2 Letter writing: Need for writing letter, types of letter writing, principles of good letter writing, various approaches to letter writing, motto, styles, format, parts of letter writing, various types of letters etc.Writing of memos, notices, minutes of meeting, e-mails, proposals etc
