  Md. Abdul Alim Munshi is a management accountant who believes in peoples potential and enrichment of life through taking massive actions. He is known for his expertise in developing leadership and management teams and empowering staff. He started his career as Accounts Executive in Grameen CyberNet Ltd in the year 1999 and qualified CMA from ICMAB in the year 2000. After that he has served Ha-meem Group, Novartis (Bangladesh) Ltd, Opsonin Pharma Ltd, British American Tobacco Bangladesh Co. Ltd and Rahimafrooz Batteries Limited in different management capacity in Finance function. He served Sheltech (Pvt.) Ltd as head of operation. Started his training career as a trainer to the professional accountants “Excelling your MS Excel skill” at ICMAB in the year 2005. Over the period he has grown his interest in management development, leadership and strategic planning. He reads best books from the gurus and enjoys sharing his learning. Customization is his core capability. He has facilitated a number of workshops on “Personal Development”, “Finance for non Finance Managers”, “Teambuilding and happiness at workplace”, “Embracing change for success and happiness”, “Excelling your Excel Skill”, “Foundation of leadership”, “Strategic Performance Management” in different occasions. He is also a part time teacher at ICMAB, where he teaches Management and Marketing Management. His mission is to simplify success and live a life full of richness.
