He is an Executive Council & Fellow member of Bangladesh Society for Human Resource Management. He is a Graduate from School of Business, North South University. He is a certified Presenter & Trainer of JCI (Junior Chamber International). Also he received Executive Training/Education from J. Mack Robinson College of Business, Georgia State University,USA, Singapore Institute of Management, Singapore, Assumption University, Thailand, Indian Institute of Management, Kolkata, India, IBC India, Mumbai, India, University of Malaya, KL, Malaysia. He is also a Microsoft Certified Professional & APTECH Certified E-commerce Professional. Presently, he is engaged with the functions of Organization Development & Learning in a large Group of Industries.Mr. Hossain was the General Manager, Human Resources of Partex Star Group, one of the largest Business Organizations of the country. Mr. Hossain also worked as Guest/Adjunct Faculty in several Private Universities like American International University, United International University, IIUC & Southeast University. Mr. Riyad Hossain started his career in the Grameen Solutions as a Management Trainee in the year 2000. Having served for around 6 years in different other renowned International & National Companies in different Management roles, he joined in Prothom-alojobs.com, a unit of Prothom Alo as Chief Operating Officer in 2008. Under his able leadership, it became the center for excellence for training & development service. Being the General Manager, Human Resources, Partex Star Group, he successfully executed many important HR strategic issues, such as; formulating and restructuring modern recruitment & compensation process, initiated more than 30 training sessions. He is a regular/part time trainer/resource person of Prothom-alojobs.com, CPD, Leads Tech, Training Bangladesh, Crown Cement, Investment Corporation of Bangladesh, CP Bangladesh, ACCA, Business Express, American Club, Unique Group, Dhaka Chamber, ICMAB and many more renowned organizations. He has attended in many trainings & Conferences both at home and abroad. He is an expert as a career consultant & presented many sessions on it in different TV Channels. He introduces the first FM Radio based Career Talk show in ABC Radio in 2010 which was first of its kind. Mr. Riyad was a champion debater & book reader in his student life and received many awards in Debate, Instant Speech, Essay Writing & Book Reading.
