Training Objective
This session will help attendees develop writing approaches and skills that they can use everyday. They will improve their ability to create messages that are clear, precise and complete. They will learn how to assess their communication and asses impact. Various methods, modes and tools of communication are discussed.

Individuals will write a memorandum prior to the class and will use it for team feedback as class exercise.
