  Mr. Md. Rabiul Alam is a Corporate and Commercial Lawyer and legal professional, having sound knowledge of drafting Contracts and all Charge Documents for loans, legal vetting of Land Ownership documents, Corporate Law, International Agreements and Writ matters and has more than 10 years of working experience in Chambers and leading Local Banks. He enrolled as an Advocate of Bangladesh Bar Council and member of Dhaka Bar Association. He has a vast knowledge of conducting training on Land Documents, Charge Documents, Land Registration & Mutation, Artha Rin Adalat Ain, 2003, Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 and other Banking Laws & Regulations. He is currently working in a leading local bank as an Unit Head of Estate Management Unit, Legal Division, where job responsibilities is to deal with all land related issues, banking laws related issues, cases under Artha Rin Adalat Ain, 2003 & Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 and many more. He has experiences of working in a leading local bank on Rental Management & Insurance Unit. He worked as an Associate Lawyer with Shomaji & Associates, a leading chamber in the Judge’s Court of Dhaka. Currently, he is working as an Associate & Unit Head, Documentation Unit at Chowdhury Mokimuddin & Associates (CM&A), a leading corporate chamber based in Dhaka. He participated in several Trainings & Conferences on Land Documentations & Banking Laws & Regulations at Bangladesh Institute of Bank Management (BIBM) and others.
