This workshop will provide a comprehensive guide of the assessment centres and how they can be designed specifically in line with your organisations’ recruitment needs. This workshop will provide information and skills important in all of the recruitment and selection techniques such as: Job Analysis, Job Descriptions, Psychometric Testing, Competency based interviews, and Assessment Exercises.

He has also published a variety of books and articles on the subjects of Global Talent Management, Business and HR Strategy, Change and Transformation Management, and Mentoring and Coaching.
